Okay. So I haven't written fantasy stuff in a while. It's not for lack of wanting, and it's probably not going to change anytime soon. The software company I'm working for has been expanding, as has my pay, perks, hours, and job responsibilities. Work has become my life recently. It's not bad, all things considered, it just doesn't give me nearly enough time to express myself in ways that I used to.

More importantly, there is one key element in my life right now that I seem to be lacking. And the worst part is the conclusion I've recently come to - there's almost nothing I personally can do to acquire what's missing. It's something that another must bring out in me. So all I can really do to help myself is to start meeting new people.

So ... stop in and say hello sometime, won't you?

Today was very ... restless, I suppose is the best word. Lots of pent-up thoughts and feelings with no proper outlet. I must find a way to correct this.

I'm still alive! I put some new stuff in the gallery to prove it! It's hard to express myself in word art anymore thanks to my new job, which is an art form in itself. Making computer games is challenging, rewarding work.

Not that I haven't had lots to think about and inspire me. I'm still hoping to fill this place up with further written works.

Sorry if I haven't updated in a while ... I have a current inspiration or two, but they're on the backburner. Between attending college and this new work I'm doing for a local game company, it's been difficult to find time for inspiration. In the meantime, what's there is still there.
